Mark Kovarik serves Western Nebraska and also practices in the State of Kansas. He practices primarily in the area of wills, trusts & probate, but is also active in all areas of general civil litigation.  He was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on May 10, 1972, received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1994, and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2006 and the Nebraska Bar in 2009.

Matthew Turman serves all areas of the State of Nebraska and Eastern Wyoming. He works in all areas of local government law, personal injury, real estate, and estate planning.  He also practices in many areas of general civil litigation.  He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 2010 and the Wyoming Bar in 2017. Matthew received his B.A. at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2006 and his J.D. from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in 2010.

James Ellison serves Scottsbluff/Gering and Western Nebraska and has been working in all areas of personal injury and worker's compensation law for 41 years.  He also has extensive experience in local government law. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1950.  He was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1976. Jim received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1972, and his J.D. from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in 1975.
