Mark L Kovarik, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on May 10, 1972, received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1994, and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2006 and the Nebraska Bar in 2009.

Memberships include Scotts Bluff County Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and Southwest Kansas Bar Association. Mark’s areas of practice include domestic relations, juvenile matters, criminal defense, civil litigation, property disputes, and zoning and subdivision regulation.
